C&G Heart Start is dedicated to improving the health and safety of all people, whether at home, work, or school.  We strive to be a complete resource for CPR and First Aid certification training and certification compliance.

Classes are adapted to the needs of each and every customer. Our goal at C&G Heart Start is to ensure that everyone that completes a certification courses with us leaves feeling confident in their ability to respond in a real-life emergency, no matter the situation or setting.

CPR certifications are valid for two years. If you are required to be CPR/BLS certified, renewal is every 2 years. American Heart Association provides 2 year certification for CPR, AED, First Aid, BLS.  Your certification expires the last day of the expiration month and year. After two years its time for renewal your CPR, AED, First Aid, BLS classes.

The Friends and Family CPR training program is availble for those interested in learning CPR/AED use but do not require a certication for employment.

The American Heart Association (AHA) leads the way for keeping CPR performance standards and guidelines as up-to-date as possible. Current research explains that CPR practices should be refreshed, improved and practiced on a regular basis. This information is included in all courses at C&G Heart Start for certifications in CPR, AED, First Aid, BLS, and the Friends and Family CPR training.
